What is our shipping policy?

Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs within India are included in the product price.

International Shipping: For orders outside India, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If your order contains multiple items, the total shipping cost will be the sum of individual charges for each product.

Please note that international orders may incur additional fees, including but not limited to customs duties and wood treatment charges. Customs fees may be applied by our shipping partner upon delivery. Any other applicable charges will be communicated to you via email before shipping.

What is our return and exchange policy?

Before finalizing your order, please take a moment to carefully review the product descriptions and details provided on our website.

Please note that all orders are non-refundable as each product is made to order. We do not offer exchanges.

All shipments are thoroughly inspected before leaving our workshop. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please follow the instructions below:

  • Reporting Issues: To qualify for a replacement, please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order. You can reach out to us at info@sabrta.com.

  • Credit Notes: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a credit note for the value of the damaged or incorrect items. To use the credit note, your next order must be at least equal to its value. If your new order exceeds this amount, you will be responsible for the difference.

We typically provide free pickup and shipping for returns and replacements of damaged or incorrect orders. However, if your location is not serviceable, we will notify you using the contact information provided during your order, and we will assist you with the return process.
